Shipping & Return Policy
We make every effort to ship your order same or next day. If we are re-stocking, and inventory will be delayed more than four business days, we will contact you to advise of anticipated delivery to you. Because we ship so quickly, your order cannot be cancelled.
Returns: Our full return policy will be enclosed in your order. Here are the basics:
Contact us as soon as you determine your item won't work for you.
**Damages or Defective items must be photographed and store notified within 24 hours of receipt.
For any reason other than damages, you have seven (7) calendar days to notify us you wish to exchange. Item(s) must shipped back to us by the eighth day after your order shows delivered, and you must send us a tracking number. Ship back USPS First Class Package or Priority if over one pound. You may wish to purchase insurance if you ship First Class. Until we receive your return item and approve/inspect it, the return/exchange will not be deemed complete.
Once we approve your return, Store credit will be issued and you will be notified via email. Shipping costs on any exchanges must be paid by customer, both ways. If free shipping was granted on the purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from the return credit.
Item must be in original condition with no stains, pet hair, deodorant or makeup marks or odors of any kind, particularly smoke or perfume. If your return is denied for damages or odors/pet hair, you may choose to purchase shipping to get the item(s) back to you or they will be donated at your request.
Discounts or Sale items of 20% discount or more are Final Sale.
Hats and Headwear cannot be returned. Jewelry is not returnable.
We want you to LOVE your items, so please read size charts when they are offered. Feel free to message us for sizing or styling advice.
**If you have exchanged three or more items in a month, we will not accept additional exchanges for special order sizes, nor can we honor additional exchanges within 30 days. Please message us to discuss size charts before ordering if this is an issue or you find yourself exchanging a lot. **Exchanges must be initiated with the store and cannot be sent with an employee. Help us do a great job by adhering to the process so we can keep it all straight.
