Shipping & Return Policy
Contact us at email@example.com to request a return or exchange within seven calendar days of receipt. We will send you a return authorization number to include in the package. Shipping is non-refundable and at buyer’s expense except in case of damages. Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged and attach photos to your email so we may investigate with the mail carrier. We will get you a replacement or resolve immediately.
We make every effort to ship your order same or next day. Because we ship so quickly, your order cannot be cancelled. Items that ship from our brand warehouse may have a longer shipping transit time noted. Certain items such as intimates/swimsuits, jewelry and hats are not eligible for return. Shoes must be sent back in the same box and you may not use the shoebox as shipping box. Shoes must not have any wear on them or return will be refused. Items must be unworn with tags still attached in new condition and free from stains, dirt, pet hair and aromas, particularly smoke. If we refuse your return we will invoice you for return shipping to you. Returns/Exchanges are for store credit less a 10% restocking fee to cover our cost of the transaction/processing fees. You will receive a code for your credit on the original purchase price of the item.
**If you have exchanged three or more items in a month, we will not accept additional exchanges for special order sizes, nor can we honor additional exchanges within 30 days. Please message us to discuss size charts before ordering if this is an issue or you find yourself exchanging a lot. We want you to get exactly what you need and we are here to help. **Exchanges must be initiated with the store and cannot be sent with an employee. Help us do a great job by adhering to the process so we can keep it all straight.
